Quality Inn - Storm Lake

This hotel saved our vacation. We had a cat with us , a hotel near by said they took pets what a lie. So we needed a place quick .it was an answer to our prayers. We ended up spending extra time there. The staff was the best. Meet all our needs . If you want a great place to stay. Even if you are going to Cherokee or LaMars. Which would be a little of a ride but well worth it. Besides the hotels in Cherokee poor to fair at the best of times. Enjoy your stay here.I know you will.

It's an older hotel that's been refinished and done well. The staff made little welcome bags for each person in the room. It was nice to see they really put in the extra time to be welcoming and appreciative of their guests!

This location is on a quite side of town the room is well furnished. The best thing about this Hotel is the Pool Area freshly remodeled and it is a big pool. Love IT! The staff here are top notch and really go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Give it a try fair price for what you get!

Room a little outdated. Breakfast normal. Dillion (staff) was nice and very helpful. Would definitely come back .

We travel to this location on the regular during the fall to watch our daughter in sports for BVU. We have never had any issues. This weekend we encountered Brittany, her guest service was the best I have seen in a very long time. We checked in and because of the use to the App we were put in a double bed room I returned to the desk and asked if this was right because I had booked a king room. She fixed it and went to the new room the verify it was clean and ready. I have been in business for 20 years and would love to have Brittany work for me. Customer Service is and should always be the top priority and with Brittany it showed!!!! Thank you Brittany for your help and great attitude in all interactions.

Was here with our dogs to go hunting for a long weekend. Very pet friendly! Poop bags available around the perimeter of the property. Booked the King Suite, which ended up being totally unexpected at a chain hotel like this. It was more like a ski lodge room! High ceilings and beams, very spacious, and a humungous jacuzzi. Very comfortable. The staff handily assisted with some glitches, and were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Shout out to Chrissie and Henry, who made our stay extra pleasurable!

Very nice value. I don’t have any photos unfortunately, but the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. My favorite part about the room was the TV. The room itself is sort of small in width, but I’m not complaining because it makes the already large TV seem even bigger. Brand new TV with very responsive controls and newer streaming applications. Only issue here was parking. I had a truck and a medium sized trailer but the back lot quickly fills up. Left for roughly 30mins to grab something to eat and my spot was gone when I got back. Had to parallel park the truck and trailer between cars the best I could with what space was available. Front desk ladies were also very nice and friendly. No issues with them whatsoever. I believe they let me check in 2 hours early which was nice.
